ในปี พิ.ศ. 2567 มีการยืนค์ําาขออนุญาต่ประกอบ ธุุรกิจของค์นต่่างด้้าวต่ามมาต่รา 17 จําานวน 237 ราย ซึงได้้ รับอนุญาต่ให้้ประกอบธุุรกิจ 227 ราย และไม่ได้้รับอนุญาต่ ให้้ประกอบธุุรกิจ 10 ราย โด้ยรายทีได้้รับอนุญาต่มีม้ลค์่า เงินลงทุนทีใชี้ในการประกอบธุุรกิจ รวมจําานวน 14,310 ล้านบาท ซึงเมือเปรียบเทียบกับปี พิ.ศ. 2566 พิบว่า ค์นต่า่ งด้า้ วทไี ด้ร้ บั อนญุ าต่มจี าํา นวนลด้ลง รอ้ ยละ 1 แต่ม่ มี ล้ ค์า่ เงินลงทุนเพิิม ร้อยละ 5

Issuance of Foreign Business License under Section 17
In 2024, the number of foreigners applying for business permission under Section 17 was 237. Out of this number, 227 have been granted permission, while 10 have been rejected. Those 227 companies duly receiving permission declared that they would bring into Thailand THB 14,310 million in investment capital. In comparison with the year 2023, the number of foreigners granted permission has decreased by 1%, while the investment value has increased by 5%.
