เข้ามาลงทุนปี 2567 ทังห้มด้ โด้ยเพิิมขึนจากปี 2566 ค์ิด้เป็น ร้อยละ 8 โด้ยมีการลงทุนในธุุรกิจด้ังกล่าว อาทิ ธุุรกิจบริการ รับจ้างผลิต่ไฟฟ้าจากพิลังงานแสืงอาทิต่ย์ ธุุรกิจบริการ ให้้ค์ําาปรึกษาแนะนําาและต่รวจสือบ ประเมินค์ุณภาพิด้้าน สืิงแวด้ล้อมและค์วามยังยืน (Sustainability) ของผลิต่สืินค์้า ธุุรกิจบริการรับจ้างผลิต่สืินค์้าทีมีค์ุณสืมบัต่ิเป็นมิต่รต่่อ สืิงแวด้ล้อมสืามารถนําากลับมาซําาได้้ ธุุรกิจบริการสืถานี อัด้ประจุไฟฟ้า การค์้าสื่งแบต่เต่อรีรถยนต่์ไฟฟ้า เป็นต่้น ทังนี ค์าด้ว่าจําานวนการยืนขออนุญาต่การประกอบธุุรกิจของ ค์นต่่างด้้าว ในปี 2568 ในธุุรกิจด้ังกล่าวมีแนวโน้มจะเพิิมขึน อย่างต่่อเนือง ด้้วยเห้ตุ่ผลจากการยกระด้ับสืินค์้าและ บริการของภาค์ธุุรกิจ และต่อบสืนองต่่อค์วามต่้องการของ ผ้้บริโภค์ทีห้ันมาใสื่ใจสืิงแวด้ล้อมมากขึนในปัจจุบัน ด้ังนัน ค์ณะกรรมการการประกอบธุุรกิจของค์นต่่างด้้าว จะได้้มีการ ทบทวนแนวทางห้รือเกณฑ์์ในกระบวนการพิิจารณาอนุญาต่ ให้้มีค์วามสือด้ค์ล้องกับทิศทางการเปลียนแปลงของธุุรกิจ เพิือให้้เกิด้ค์วามสืมดุ้ลระห้ว่างการสื่งเสืริมการลงทุนจาก ต่่างชีาต่ิและเกิด้การค์ุ้มค์รองผ้้ประกอบการไทย ก่อให้้เกิด้ ประโยชีน์สื้งสืุด้ต่่อประเทศ
foreigners to conduct business under the Foreign Business Act B.E. 2542 in businesses related to BCG and businesses related to electric vehicles or EVs, there are a total of 27 entities, accounting for 3 percent from the total number of businesses in which foreigners invest in 2024, increased 8 percent from 2023 investment in the said business, such as a service business that produces electricity from solar energy, a service business provide advice, recommendations and inspections, environmental quality and sustainability (Sustainability) of product, production assessment, service business that produces products that are environmentally friendly and can be recycled, electric charging station service business, wholesale of electric vehicle batteries, etc. It is expected that the number of applying to operate the said businesses in 2025 is likely to continue to increase. The reason is from upgrading the products and services of the business sector and respond to consumers’ needs who are concerning more about environment. Therefore, the Foreign Business Commission will review of guidelines or criteria for consideration consistent with the changes in business, and achieve a balance between promoting foreign investment and ensuring protection Thai entrepreneurs bring the greatest benefit to the country.
