ในปี พิ.ศ. 2567 ภาพิรวมของการอนญุ าต่ให้ค์้ นต่า่ งด้า้ ว ประกอบธุุรกิจในประเทศไทยผ่านชี่องทางต่่างๆ ไม่ว่าจะเป็น ขออนุญาต่ผ่านการพิิจารณาของค์ณะกรรมการการประกอบ ธุุรกิจของค์นต่่างด้้าว ห้รือการขอใชี้สืิทธุิการสื่งเสืริมการลงทุน ห้รอื ขอใชีสื้ ทิ ธุต่ิ ามค์วามต่กลงการค์า้ ระห้วา่ งประเทศ มจี าํา นวน รวม 954 ราย เพิิมขึนร้อยละ 43 เมือเทียบกับ ปี พิ.ศ. 2566 ทีผ่านมาซึงมีการอนุญาต่ให้้ค์นต่่างด้้าวประกอบธุุรกิจ จําานวน 667 ราย ประกอบกับในปีนีค์นต่่างด้้าวมีการลงทุนในธุุรกิจทีมี มล้ ค์า่ การลงทนุ สืง้ ซงึ มมี ล้ ค์า่ การลงทนุ รวม 228,106 ลา้ นบาท เพิมิ ขนึ จากปี 2566 สืง้ ถงึ รอ้ ยละ 79 อนั เนอื งมาจากในปี 2567 มีการอนุญาต่ในธุุรกิจทีใชี้เงินลงทุนสื้ง อาทิ ธุุรกิจบริการ สืนับสืนุนโค์รงสืร้างพิืนฐานและอุปกรณ์ทีเกียวข้องกับการให้้ บริการ Data Center ห้รือบริการ Cloud Service ธุุรกิจบริการ พิฒั นาซอฟต่แ์ วร์ ธุรุ กจิ บรกิ ารขดุ้ เจาะปโิ ต่รเลยี มภายในบรเิ วณ พินื ทแี ปลงสืาํา รวจซงึ เปน็ พินื ทสืี มั ปทานในอา่ วไทย ธุรุ กจิ บรกิ าร ให้ก้ ย้้ มื เงนิ ห้รอื บรกิ ารรบั ค์าํา ประกนั ห้นใี ห้แ้ กบ่ รษิ ทั ในเค์รอื ห้รอื บริษัทในกลุ่ม รวมถึงธุุรกิจบริการรับจ้างผลิต่ เป็นต่้น
In 2024, an overview of allowing foreigners to conduct business in Thailand through various channels; whether it is requesting permission from the Commission or requesting investment promotion rights or requesting to exercise rights according to international trade agreements; the total number of 954 foreigners increased 43 percent compared with the year 2023, where 667 foreigners were allowed to operate businesses. This year the total amount of investment valued 228,106 million baht increased up to 79 percent from the previous year because of investing in the high-valued businesses, and businesses that related to infrastructure such as infrastructure support services and equipment related to Data Center or Cloud Service services, software development services businesses, petroleum drilling service business, money lending service business or providing debt guarantee services to affiliated companies or companies in the group including contract production service businesses, etc.

ในอุต่สืาห้กรรมเป้าห้มายในธุุรกิจทีเกียวข้องกับ BCG และ
ธุรุ กจิ ทเี กยี วขอ้ งกบั ยานยนต่ไ์ ฟฟา้ ห้รอื EV เพิมิ มากขนึ อนั เปน็
ผลมาจากทุกภาค์สื่วนมีข้อกังวลด้้านสืิงแวด้ล้อมมากขึน ไม่ว่า
จะเป็นภาค์รัฐบาลทีออกนโยบายกระตุ่้นการลงทุนในธุุรกิจที
เป็นมิต่รกับสืิงแวด้ล้อม ผ้้ประกอบการทังในภาค์การผลิต่และ
ภาค์บริการ รวมถึงผ้้บริโภค์มีแนวค์ิด้ในการด้้แลสืิงแวด้ล้อม
สืนใจเรืองพิลังงานทางเลือกห้รือลด้การใชี้สืินค์้าทีทําาลาย
สืงิ แวด้ลอ้ มมากขนึ โด้ยจะเห้น็ ได้จ้ ากในปี 2567 การอนญุ าต่ให้้
ค์นต่่างด้้าวประกอบธุุรกิจภายใต่้พิระราชีบัญญัต่ิการประกอบ
ธุุรกิจของค์นต่่างด้้าว พิ.ศ 2542 ในธุุรกิจทีเกียวข้องกับ BCG
และธุุรกิจทีเกียวข้องกับยานยนต่์ไฟฟ้า ห้รือ EV มีจําานวน

An important factor that stimulates or motivates foreign investment may come from the government’s investment policy which emphasizes on foreign investors coming to set up offices in Thailand. It aims to promote investment in 5 target industries: 1. BCG 2. Electric vehicles or EVs 3. Electronics 4. Digital and 5. Regional office. From the above measures, it’s showed that the investment in 2024, there are more foreign investors coming to invest under investment promotion in target industries in businesses related to BCG and businesses related to electric vehicles or EVs., as a result, every sector has increased environmental concerns whether it is the government sector that has issued policies to stimulate investment in environmentally friendly businesses.
