The Company continued to pursue its work plans to achieve the goals on sustainability, in economic
& corporate governance dimension, social dimension and environmental dimension, such as product
responsibility, quality services, data privacy & cyber information security, accessibility to customer products
& services, employee capacity development and pollution reduction.
In 2025, the Company increased the application of AI with the works to raise data storage accuracy
and asset management efficiency, reduce unnecessary costs and speed up the works, as well as analyze
market conditions and business directions, by focusing on increasing the potential and specialized skills
of employees continually to support the Company’s business activities in a sustainable manner. Moreover,
training courses also be emphasized to cultivate employees so they will be able to deliver good quality
services to customers consistently.

The Company operates an asset auction business, with its primary assets consisting of cars,
motorcycles, and agricultural vehicles. The Company is committed to creating value from these assets
through a transparent auction process supported by complete and accurate information. This approach
fosters sustainable relationships with stakeholders and supports sustainability business growth.

non-performing loan (NPL), group of insurance companies,
