 Energy:

It is the ability to do work.

 Work:

It is a force that causes an object to move a distance.

 Potential energy:

It is the amount of energy that is stored in an object due to its position.

 Kinetic energy:

It is the energy of an object due to its motion.
 Energy can be stored and changed from one form to another.


