For me, this year has been one of M
growth and change. We had close
          to 150 programmers, 26 Operators,
          and 96 programmes. Listening, con-
          necting, and having conversations
with this group of diverse people
has opened me up to new possi-
bilities and ideas. I only hope that
I have opened them up to new pos- Drawing by: Daniela Leal
          sibilities too.

I encourage anyone in the Peterborough and Trent community to get involved on any level
          that you can.

As a transient place, most people only get a few short years to spend time at Trent Radio
House. There is a constant influx of new humans with fresh and brilliant ideas, but this also
means every year we lose the dedicated programmers, operators, and staff that we love.

Let us take a moment, in time and in print, to reflect on the many who have graduated,
moved onto other adventures, and all those who have in the past graced Trent Radio’s mi-
crophones with the voice of their great ideas. Thank you.
