If you have hired a genealogical researcher, and it is taking them quite a
bit of time to get you, your final report. That is likely because they are
following the Genealogy Research Standards. However, they should be
checking in with you from time to time to let you know how things are
going. Have patience. The more information you provide to your
researcher the better. This prevents time being wasted on when trying to
recovering tracts of information that was already completed.
