When it comes to large linear surface

High Pressure systems are typically reserved
for Polyurea materials However, Vortex has
developed a special “low pressure” liner
material that can also be used through a
high pressure system.

If specifications call for a pure Polyurea and
it is a large surface to be coated, this high
pressure system will do the job in a fast and
efficient manner.

APT-100 Standards

The High Pressure APT-100 High Pressure
system comes ready to go. Certain
requirements are required. You will need
two 110V lines for power and a compressor
line that operates the fusion spray gun.

The spray gun is triggerable and is easy to
handle.

The APT-100 High Pressure system comes
standard with 30’ of spray lines. They can
be extended up to over 100’ in length. The
system has large pneumatic wheels for easy
transport and has twin tanks with a built in
heater to heat the polyurea and activator
specifically to a desired temperature.
