V-Cup™ Brush V-Cup Brush
Mold Release
You want to abrade the surface of a truck
bed just enough without cutting through the 5.
paint yet you want to get into those hard to
sand curved areas that a palm sander just
doesn’t do well, how do you do it? The
answer is simple with the V-Cup Brush.

Just attach the V-Cup Brush to any standard
5/8” arbor and have a speed of around
1,500 rpm (faster is not better) and the stiff
abraded bristles of the brush will profile the
paint just enough for maximum adhesion of
the Vortex Sprayliner material. Very little
dust and debris. They are fast, efficient and
economical.

Mold Release

The pink mold release is a release agent
that is to be spread over the spray tip prior
to spraying vortex. In fact if you wipe a thin
film over the overall spray gun, it makes for
easy cleanup when the job is done. Simply
wipe off any overspray with a piece of
tissue. (be sure not to touch the truck with
the mold release).

Packaged in 4 oz and 32 oz quantities in re-
sealable jars.

The use of the Vortex Mold Release ensures
that your spray tip won’t be effected with
overspray that could alter your spray pattern
while spraying. A little bit goes a long way.
