UNFORGETTABLE BIRTHDAY FOR
CHANEL HARRIS-TAVITA

Chanel Harris-Tavita celebrated his birthday in
style this month, after being called in to debut
for the Vodafone Junior Warriors in their fifth-
round NYC clash against the Sydney Roosters
on April 3.
The Howick Hornets Junior was presented with
his Warriors jersey on the night before the
match by his father Jason Tavita who coaches
the Howick Hornet’s U/18’s squad.
To be eligible to play in the Vodafone Junior
Warriors squad, you must be 17 years of age.
Harris-Tavita couldn’t have timed it any better,
debuting on his seventeenth birthday.
