Class Activity - PP2 - My Family
Facilitators of PP2 dressed up and played different roles as Thatha, Ajji, Amma, Appa
and child and also sang a song to bring out the concept of ‘My Family’ projecting each

member of the family. A ‘Palm Printing’ activity was shown by facilitators and the same
was executed by the children. Children enjoyed and understood the concept and also
learnt the importance of each and every member of a family who plays an integral part
in all our lives. Facilitators also advised the children to respect and listen to elders and
also help them in doing certain house chores. All these gave a shape to their thoughts,
learning to value people in life and in improving fine motor development by
strengthening finger and hand muscles.
