Activity: Introductory activity
An activity was conducted to introduce symmetry.
1. Students blotted ink on a sheet of paper and folded it half to create symmetrical
designs on the sheet.
2. A Sheet of paper was folded twice and cut along the edges to create symmetrical
patterns which has two lines of symmetry. Symmetrical shapes and lines of
symmetry was learnt through this activity.
