1. Overall, I found the content of this course to be relevant to my work. Agree

etc.) that you specifically found most helpful to your work as a case manager. Module 2 ‐ Working with Families in Need.
I enjoyed the section on Cognitive Self‐Regulation. Understanding
cognition and emotion as it relates to impulse control and
problem solving abilities can help me understand how best to
help individuals in our program given their individual situations.
2. Overall, I found the assignments for the course to be relevant to my work. Agree

relational, technical, and participatory skills.

recommend that we make before the next class begins (provide up to three comments)? I cannot think of any changes that would suggest. I enjoyed the
content as it was presented.
