Goal 1

We provide highly valuable, market-based certifications that will help participants gain career
enhancement and mobility.

Our services are especially geared towards historically underrepresented groups by
providing skill-based educational and service programs that will prepare participants for
the workforce of the future and offer gainful employment.

Objective

1.1 To obtain CEU accreditation for I5O certification program by 2020.

1.2 To identify (3) minority serving community colleges to develop
certificate programs

1.3 To expand NCCAA certification program by 20% by Dec 2019 (pilot to
Dec 2019)
