Job Summary
The Quality Control and Accreditation Coordinator serves as the staff representative during on-site evaluations to ensure
that compliance with the Standards of Accreditation is maintained at I5O Consulting Services. The Quality Control
and Accreditation Coordinator is accountable for ensuring the end-to-end quality of I5O Consulting Services education
training policies, procedures, and processes in accordance with IACET accreditation, business and regulatory requirements.

Job Description
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Quality Control and Accreditation Coordinator is needed to perform periodic audits, evaluations, and other
regulatory assurance work to ensure the education/training activities performed by I5O Consulting Services is in
accordance with IACET accreditation and other regulatory requirements. These responsibilities will include:
1. Perform and document periodic testing and evaluations to ensure the compliance of all categories of the IACET
accreditation requirements. Note this testing is to be performed on an annual basis.
2. Research I5O’s requirements to develop potential technical solutions by interacting with any internal and/or
external solution providers and subject matter experts.
3. Communicate and document potential solutions, impact analysis, benefits/risks, implementation requirements,
and recommended approach with the I5O CEO/Senior Consultant.
4. Remain aware of the corporate technology, infrastructure, standards, processes, and strategic direction and use
tools to help guide the client in accomplishing their business goals.
5. Adhere to all policy and standards, as well as regulatory requirements, regarding reporting and escalations.
6. Conduct and engage I5O in self-assessment checklist for annual review.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in a technology, business, finance, accounting, audit, or other related field
• 7+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, and/or auditing
• Knowledge of International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) Accreditation
Standards
DESIRED REQUIREMENTS
• Prior experience leading people, projects or programs is required
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor
(CISA) or Certified Information Securities System Professional (CISSP) designation required
• Strong analytical and auditing skills with the ability to synthesize data and report accurate information
• Must be able to communicate effectively to various constituents (team members, volunteers, school
administration, students, etc.)
• Ability to self-motivate and multi-task while working on various projects
