CONTINUOUS ENGAGEMENT
❑ Regular 1:1 management meetings.
❑ Goals and Performance objectives for first 3 months, 6
months and year. A 3-month roadmap for key projects
new-hires would be working on.
❑ Introductory meetings with each department (to get a full understanding of
different parts of the business). Regular check-ins with the new employee.
❑ An informal 30 day check in to address any immediate concerns.
❑ Feedback on your onboarding process for further improvement of the
process.
