Onboarding is not a day program. It involves structured journey within 1-6

                                             months with proper and systematic activities i.e. HR engagement, Casual Session
                                             with Top Management, Product Awareness Training, Performance Management

                                             Training and Functional Training. Line Heads/Business Unit need to collaborate

                                             with HR to provide best employee experience pre, onboarding and post.


















                  Onboarding is the process of assimilating a new joiner into the organization. This

                  includes familiarizing the employee with the organization's people, processes and

                  culture. Onboarding should ensure that the employee feels at ease in the new

                  environment and is fully functional and productive at the earliest possible.
