Community Action Timeline
1994
The 1994 Amendment to the CSBG Act required agencies
to measure outcomes in 3 areas: promoting self-
sufficiency, family stability, & community revitalization.
1998
Congress enacted the 1998 Reauthorization of the CSBG
Act.
2015
Organizational standards implemented to ensure standard
organizational capacity across agency operations.
2017
New Annual Report approved which overhauls CSBG data
collection & reporting.
