                               • Talent:  making the most of talent, hiring the wrong person, personnel

                                  resources can affect the efficiency of a process.


                               • Ideas:  not taking peoples ideas into account, overlooking SME ideas.



                               • Capital / Cash:  not investing in or upgrading improvements to a

                                  process, like waiting.



                               • Type I Muda:  non-value added tasks but essential to the process/

                                  organization.


                               • Type II Muda:  non-value-added tasks that are not essential and can be

                                  removed.
