Critical to Characteristics (CTC)

Critical to Characteristics (CTCs) are specific product or process

characteristics that have a significant impact on the customer's

perception of quality or on the ability of the process to meet its

intended objectives. CTCs are identified through the Voice of the

Customer (VOC) and are used to guide process improvement efforts in

Six Sigma.
