Right Project?
• Projects should be selected if there’s funds/resources/leadership.
• Identify potential projects – (Data-based review). Reviewing customer feedback,
analyzing the data on the organization's performance, and identifying areas of
inefficiency or waste.
• Evaluate the potential projects: (Brainstorm & apply criteria to determine which
project(s)). After identifying potential projects, the next step is to evaluate them based
on their potential impact, feasibility, and resource requirements.
• Select the project: (Build the business case, use rating scale). The final step is to select
the project that is best suited to the organization's needs and resources. The selected
project should have a clear scope, well-defined objectives, and a plan for
implementation.
