Job Summary
The Quality Control and Accreditation Coordinator serves as the staff representative during on‐site evaluations to ensure
that compliance with the Standards of Accreditation is maintained at I5O Consulting Services. The Quality Control and
Accreditation Coordinator is accountable for ensuring the end‐to‐end quality of I5O Consulting Services education and
training policies, procedures, and processes in accordance with IACET accreditation, business, and regulatory requirements.
Job Description
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Quality Control and Accreditation Coordinator is needed to perform periodic audits, evaluations, and other regulatory
assurance work to ensure the education/training activities performed by I5O Consulting Services is in accordance with
IACET accreditation and other regulatory requirements. These responsibilities will include:
Organize and maintain the agency's accreditation processes including the IACET Accreditation.
Coordinate the agency's quality assurance processes and compliance with the IACET Accreditation including but
not limited to:
o Perform reviews that would pass the scrutiny of any audit, cross evaluation, or investigation.
o Work performed will meet the standards for quality, thoroughness, and soundness as set forth in any
instructions by the IACET.
o Lead the accreditation process for each assigned IACET category including Organization & Control,
Environment & Support, Planning & Personnel, Needs Analysis, Learning Outcomes, Content &
Instruction, Outcomes Assessment, Awards & Records, and Evaluation
o Collaborate with the course instructors, I5O Senior Consultants, and I5O CEO to come to a consensus
on the compliance with IACET accreditation requirements. Write all application comments and
requirements clearly to applicants.
Research I5O’s requirements to develop potential technical solutions by interacting with any internal and/or
external solution providers and subject matter experts.
Perform and document periodic testing and evaluations to ensure the compliance of all categories of the IACET
accreditation requirements. Note this testing is to be performed on an annual basis.
Coordinate periodic reviews/audits to ensure IACET compliance including but not limited to:
o Properly document accreditation reviews by using the systems and procedures provided by IACET.
o Proactively communicate with all affected parties on a timely basis to assure a smooth and informed
accreditation process.
Communicate and document potential solutions, impact analysis, benefits/risks, implementation requirements,
and recommended approach with the I5O CEO/Senior Consultant.
Remain aware of the corporate technology, infrastructure, standards, processes, and strategic direction and use
tools to help guide the client in accomplishing their business goals.
Adhere to all policy and standards, as well as regulatory requirements, regarding reporting and escalations.
