Review, analyze and report on quality assurance and IACET accreditation standards and processes.
o Conduct and engage I5O in self‐assessment checklist for annual review.
o Prepares summary reports, documents, requiring research and analysis of program policies,
procedures, and standards to make recommendations for improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in a technology, business, finance, accounting, audit, or other related field
7+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, and/or auditing
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Demonstrates knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully meet the IACET Standard for CE/T and
achieve accreditation.
Knowledge of International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) Accreditation
Standards.
Knowledge of current adult education best practices. Documented efforts to remain current with best
practices in adult education through continued professional development.
Proven organizational and management skills.
Ability to use clear judgment/decision‐making skills.
High competence in using virtual office technology such as, but not limited to, Microsoft Office 365,
Adobe, conferencing technology, and other information technologies to create, store, and present
information.
Superior ability to speak and write effectively.
DESIRED REQUIREMENTS
Prior experience leading people, projects or programs is required
Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or Certified Information Systems
Auditor (CISA) required
Strong analytical and auditing skills with the ability to synthesize data and report accurate information
Must be able to communicate effectively to various constituents (team members, volunteers, school
administration, students, etc.)
Ability to self‐motivate and multi‐task while working on various projects
