2.1 - Learning Event Availability
I5O Consulting Services ensures relevant instructional and learning resources are available for
instructors, learners, and staff. The Course Review Process document details a process for ensuring
reference material is up to date; educational materials are accessible, accurate and current; and
media/technological resources are properly maintained and in good working order. The Media
Technology Process is applied within the organization to ensure that technical equipment and support
is maintained and updated. Refer to the Course Review Process and Media Technology Process
documents below. I5O has created a checklist to verify the instructional and learning resources are
available for instructors, learners, and staff.
