2.4 - Learning Support Services
I5O Consulting Services provides support for registration, scheduling procedures and communication
methods for learners. I5O addresses the availability of staff to support, advise and respond to questions
about the learning event (e.g., scheduling, registration, technical support, advising, counseling) pre-
registration process through a learning orientation session. An example of an orientation is attached in
a PowerPoint presentation.
