Contract teams are outsourced teams that are tied down
by a contract and brought in to complete a project. After
the project is completed and the contract has ended, the
team ends.
The project manager is the key to success when it comes
to contract teams. Project manager has to:
Contract maintain constant communication between the team
and the client,
Teams compensate for the lack of team’s physical presence
(given that many contract teams work remotely)
bear full responsibility for success or failure of a project
(Contract teams/workers are an expanding source of help
in organizations because they can save on employee
related costs while the company gets the benefit of having
additional workers)
