ROMA & Community Action

Organizational Organizational Standards became
part of the new Performance
Standards Management Framework

presented to the CSBG network

by the US Office of Community

Services.

 Many of the Org Standards are

directed at the actions of the

CAA Board of Directors.

 Through the Org Standards, the

ROMA principles are reinforced
and they are expected to be

supported and promoted by the
Board.
