I5O uses its own proven methodology for our engagements;


                                 however, we are able to nimbly adapt to whatever existing business

                                 environment we find in place. In the ROD’s case, we can recognize the

                                 business and cultural characteristics that currently exist, while offering

                                 transitions towards improved operations. This framework values the past

                                 and current contributions, while giving space for change and transition that

                                 can move the organization forward into the future.



                                      Our process methodology uses a hybrid of Design for Six Sigma

                                 (DFSS) and continuous improvement. While this approach is not a full six

                                 sigma process, it does use many similar attributes. Namely, defining,

                                 measuring, analyzing, designing, and verifying. Each is described below:

                                 •     Verify: We build a measurement system that will verify

                                       performance
