Objective and Scope
The objective of this engagement is to provide Guilford County’s Register of Deeds (ROD) with
an assessment of their current operations to critically examine and rethink their processes in
order to achieve improvements in performance in areas vital to their direct customers and/or
consumers. As a part of the overall engagement, I5O Consulting Services is providing
recommendations and expertise to Guilford County’s Register of Deeds in their effort to
successfully address items related to operational effectiveness and efficiency.
While engaged with Guilford County’s ROD, I5O Consulting Services executed an
• DRAFT
assessment plan that consisted of the following:
•
detailed assessment of the current operations (As-Is Process) for all vital processes,
•
examination of process improvements,
• assessment of technological infrastructure, and
assessment of employee productivity.
The desired outcome of this engagement is to provide Guilford County’s Register of
Deeds with a recommended actionable plan that once implemented will increase overall
operational performance.
