Implementation of the Action Plan:
The new strategies were implemented in the classrooms. Teachers used
more varied teaching methods, integrated additional learning resources,
and provided extra attention to students facing difficulties. Remedial
programs were also launched to provide additional support.

             Evaluation and Adjustment:
After some time, the school evaluated the effectiveness of the action plan.
They analyzed whether there were improvements in student performance,
participation in extracurricular activities, and students' perceptions of
learning. If needed, strategies could be adjusted to better accommodate
             individual needs.

       E. GUIDE ON HOW TO CONDUCT OBSERVATION OR
               INTERVIEWS TO IDENTIFY LEARNING NEEDS

Conducting observations and interviews is a crucial process in identifying
learning needs within an educational context. This step-by-step guide
outlines the method to effectively gather insights from students and
            teachers.
            1. Define Objectives and Scope
Clearly outline the objectives of the observation or interview. Determine
the specific learning needs you intend to uncover.
Identify the target audience: Are you focusing on students, teachers, or
                both groups?

            2. Plan and Prepare
Choose the Observation or Interview Format: Decide whether you will

conduct direct observations in classrooms or utilize one-on-one
                interviews.
Develop a Structured Approach: Prepare a set of well-structured
questions or areas of focus that address different aspects of learning,
such as learning preferences, challenges, and suggestions for
                improvement.
Gather Necessary Tools: If conducting interviews, ensure you have the
