MID-BEDFORD HEIGHTS’ LEOS PROVE … “WE SERVE TOO”!
On Saturday, November 18, 2023, the Leos collected and donated canned foods, then served the seniors
with a meal at the Rosette Stone Senior Center. They also delighted them with a wonderful
performance.
On Saturday, December 9, 2023, they volunteered at the Bedford Stuyvesant Center, where they assisted
the younger children with crafts projects. Later, they delivered toys which they had collected, to young
patients at Wyckoff Hospital. This was the first of three Toy Drives and it was a success. This Saturday
the Leos will be donating toys to the Boys’ and Girls’ Club.
