The Haïtza establishment became Ha(a)ïtza thanks to the phantasmagoric and
flamboyant mark left by Philippe Starck. Sophie and William commissioned
him to revamp the hotel for a complete experience. A glass-roof swimming
pool, restaurant, brasserie, bar, patisserie, spa, hairdressing salon, gym,
boutique… Savour pure bliss! Trademark: « Epicentre of a cultural, eccentric
and cosmopolitan effervescence. » Why come here? The bar, tapas and snacking
menu, the tearoom, and of course the gastronomic restaurant with Michelin-
starred chef Stéphane Carrade…your taste buds go wild! Essentials: Feast your
eyes on the revisited patisserie classics by Antony Prunet. Splendid brunch. How
much? A treat in the tearoom, a cocktail, or a meal at the café Ha(a)ïtza, everyone
can enjoy the unique setting. Hours: Skiff Club every evening from 7:30pm, café
