RESULTS OF MATCHES
• Each Team Secretary/Manager must provide the match statistics (full time score, half time
score, scorers, team, man of the match, referees mark and opponents sportsmanship mark)
on the Full-Time website.
• Results of matches can be obtained from the Full-Time website.

SECRETARY’S DOCUMENTS:

Each Team secretary/manager will receive:
• Information
• League & Cup Rules & Regulations
• Monthly Newsletters
• Book of Team Sheets – to be given to the Referee prior to the match and exchanged with
your opponent’s secretary/manager after the match.
It is essential that the person responsible for running your team keeps this documentation
and all documentation issued at league meetings is passed to this person.

NEWSLETTER
These are issued at league meetings and are used to communicate information with team
managers/secretaries including amendments to the directory, news items etc. They will also be
emailed to your team administrators.

WEBSITES
We operate two websites:

FULL TIME - this is our administrative website which shows the fixtures for the season, referees’
appointments, results, league tables, teams, goal scorers etc.
Your Team Administrator will receive automatic emails from the site informing you of
amendments to fixtures and referees’ appointments.

On the day of the match, you will receive a text message reminding you to submit your result.

After the match you must complete the match details on the site showing the result and half-
time score, your team, substitutes, scorers, player of the match, referees mark and opponents’
sportsmanship mark. We would prefer that this is done on the day of the match, but you do have
until Tuesday following weekend matches.

NOTTS YOUTH LEAGUE - this website also connects to the Full-Time site www.nyfl.co.uk

FACEBOOK
We have a Facebook group. Notices and information from the league may be posted on here
from time to time but under no circumstances will our Facebook page be used as a means of
communicating official league business which must always be by email or telephone.

Please ensure that you contact the correct members of committee as sending to the wrong
person will inevitably delay a reply to your enquiry.

We also provide a news feed via WhatsApp, just add Notts Youth League to your contacts
