Chef, Restaurant Owner, And father of triplets!

handsome triplet boys who surely keep them busy. Patrick enjoys teach-
ing them, even at the small age of 3, little tricks that will be handy for
them in the kitchen in future years. We might have 3 little chefs following
in their fathers foot steps. Although Patrick and Ivette's lives are always
busy between business and the kids they wouldn't have it any other way.
They are very humbled and blessed to have Amuse and do not plan on
stopping anytime soon!

Amuse, now located behind the Airport, is the most beautiful waterside
dining restaurant around. The sunsets are spectacular, the servers are
friendly and attentive and the food is cooked to perfection with only the
freshest and finest ingredients. Everything is home made from the bread
and dressings to the pasta everything is done a la minute. Our Kitchen
staff takes much pride in the work they do.

The meaning behind the name Amuse comes from 'Amuse bouche'
which in french means to please the mouth. We serve all guests a lit-
tle tasting from the chef along with home made bread to start. You will
leave Amuse with a satisfied stomach, a smile on your face ad wonderful
memories to last a lifetime. We are the perfect place for all occasions,
you can come for a romantic date, a business meeting, or a family din-
ner.
