There furthermore is a (wooden) vessel that has sunk in the Spanish Water (Spaanse Water),
almost fully submerged, with unknown name, origin or owner.
The above mentioned vessels are in poor condition and form an immediate danger to the
safety and environment of their current surroundings. Consequently, removal of the above
mentioned vessels without further delay from their current location is required. CPA will
go over to the removal of these vessels from their current location, and the subsequent
scrapping of these vessels, two weeks after the publication date of this announcement,
without CPA being liable for such removal and scrapping, in accordance with article 8 of the
aforementioned ordinance.
