• Fast-tracking our guests through local Immigration
• Hassle-free luggage assistance at baggage claim
• Assistance at Lost & Found
• Fast-tracking our guests through local customs
• Extra welcome touch from the Team
• Assistance with Luggage up to their private transportation
• Will assist in skipping the Taxi waiting line or Car rental if has this service
At Departure
• Guidance, Assistance with required Documents
• Check in at priority or assigned lines of the respective Airlines
• Fast Track thru 9 out of the 11 lines of the Departure process
• Assistance for any last-minute shopping through the concession areas
• Assistance to the Departure VIP lounge
• Additional farewell touch upon request in the VIP lounge
• Assistance when flight cancellations, to be there the next day to assist the guest to the best
• In the CBP, USA rules and regulations apply; we are not allowed to fast-track our guests in this area.
