The Information Security Department has an opening for an:

INFORMATION SECURITY SPECIALIST

Main responsibilities of the Information Security Specialist
 Execute information security related activities and projects, including the implementation of IT

security measures.

 Develop as expert in the area of advanced persistent threat (APT) mitigation, vulnerability

scanning and other relevant areas with the main goal to maintain the security level of CBA’s IT
environment at required standing.

 Ensure a proper implementation and compliance monitoring of information security policies

and procedures, based on a best practice IT Security Framework.

 Execute day to day IT (security) tasks on all resources in use and monitoring of the IT

infrastructure in the broadest sense.

 Promote cyber security awareness within the CBA.

Profile of the Information Security Specialist
 Master’s degree in (business) informatics, computer science, information management systems

or related field. RE, CISSP, CISA, CISM or other security certifications are regarded as a plus

 Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, including hands-on IT security and network

administration work

 Natural (‘second nature’) understanding of all IT matters in the broadest sense, and in the area

of IT security and network administration in particular

 Excellent analytical and advisory skills
 Solution-oriented and stress resistant
 Excellent oral and written communication skills
 Able to work independently and accurate
