Water sport & Activities Supervisor
Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for the supervision of the water sport employees and
all coordinates and supervises all activities on De Palm Island. In addition this
position will coordinate all necessary boat permits with government
departments and will act as a Manager on Duty when necessary.
If you are a dynamic & responsible person who has the following qualifications:
•Strong organizational skills
•Strong communication and people skills
•Detail minded
•Basic computer skills (word, excel)
•Good physical condition a must
•Minimum H.A.V.O. or equivalent
•Fluent in English and Spanish
•Able to work shifts (no 9 to 5 mentality)
•Strong supervisory skills
•Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
•Team Player
•Strong customer service skills
•CPR/First responder is a plus
