Meet & Assist – Part Time
for our Group Sales Department

Responsibilities:

Assist the operations coordinator and the account executive during the execution
of contracted programs and activities such as: Welcoming DMS clients at the
airport upon arrival, dispatch departing guests from hotel, guide guests to the

correct bus and assist with their luggage when necessary and loading this on the
correct bus. Answer simple questions, assist with providing extra amenities,
representing DMS department during activities and solve small operational
challenges.

If you are an energetic, dynamic & responsible person who has the
following qualifications:

• M.A.V.O. or equivalent
•Friendly, outgoing personality, with ‘going the extra mile’ attitude
•Able to speak English fluently, Spanish, Papiamento and Dutch is a plus
•Strong team player and posses strong communication skills
•Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and with last minute schedule changes
•Able to handle stress and sometimes able to work independently
•Has a drivers license and reliable transportation is a plus
•Service Minded
