Each day, we are making progress to reactivate operations at the CITGO Aruba Refi nery. Now in a new
milestone phase, the development of this economic venture that began in October 2016 is ushering into a
new era as a vital contributor to the prosperity of our island and region.

By strengthening our supply chain, we are contributing toward the region’s efforts to create a stronger
economy and a brighter future. Together, we are laying the foundation to be a catalyst for economic
development that will further strengthen our region by:

• Building a strong and diverse labor force, offering hundreds of local opportunities
• Generating increased procurement for services and materials from local providers
• Rebranding 13 gas stations under the CITGO fl ag

With this undertaking, CITGO Aruba is writing a new chapter in the refi nery’s history
now with its new owner; the people of Aruba. Working together, we will reach our
goal to safely and effi ciently refurbish and operate the Aruba Refi nery.
