       League of Legends World Championship 2023







       IT’S  almost that  time  of the  year  again, where we end
       League of Legends season with “Worlds” (League of Legends
       World Championship 2023). This is where all the top teams
       around the world compete with each other for the title of

       World Champions and the Summoner’s Cup, one of the most
       recognizable and prestigious trophies in esports. Worlds is
       known to be one of the biggest and most looked forward to
       esports tournament in the industry.



       This year, Worlds will be held in South Korea from 10  of

       October  to19th  of  November  in  four  different  venues  in
       South Korea. This years prizepool is estimated to be around

       $2m-$3m, as always it will depend on the event sales.


       Worlds Schedule and venues:
       Play-Ins:

       October 10-15 (LoL Park, Seoul)


       Group Stage:
       October 19- 29 (KBS Arena, Seoul)



       Quarter-Finals:
       November 2-5 (Sajik Indoor Gymnasium, Busan)



       Semi-Finals:
       November 11-12 (Sajik Indoor Gymnasium, Busan)


       Finals:

       November 19 (Gocheok Sky dome, Seoul)


       There  will  be 22 teams from all  over  the  world, who will
       compete for the Summoner’s Cup. Top 14 teams are already

       ‘locked in’ (from major regions, LCK, LPL, LCS and LEC) and
       8 teams will be battling it out in a Best of 3 in Play-Ins.
