AFTA Office to Establish Itself
in the Center of Oranjestad
MINISTER Geoffrey Wever had the opportunity to visit
and inspect the building currently undergoing renovation on
Oranjestraat (next to the former Inter Bank location). This
monumental building will house the new government depart-
ment, the Aruba Fair Trade Authority (AFTA), whose main
task is to ensure fair competition and consumer protection.
Minister Geoffrey Wever is pleased that AFTA will soon move
to a renovated building on Oranjestraat, in the center of
Oranjestad and near Caya G. F. Betico Croes. During a visit Minister Wever expresses his gratitude to all the workers
