140 supervisors participated in
a workshop offered by AHATA
In collaboration with the CHTA Education Foundation
DURING the month of October, supervisors in Aruba are
enhancing their supervision skills through a new boot camp
provided by the CHTA Education Foundation in partnership
with the Aruba Hotel & Tourism Association (AHATA).
This two-day boot camp is specifically designed for team
leaders in the hospitality sector, and 140 participants regis-
tered for the course between October 9 and 26. The training
saw high demand, as it sold out within a short period.
Supervisors and their managers are aiming to improve their
supervisory skills to enhance guest and team satisfaction.
