Seeking energetic, motivated individual to function as:

Chief Engineer

Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years experience in similar position with hotel or

time-share operation
• Degree in mechanical engineering
• Extensive experience in development and implementation of preventive

maintenance, budgeting, and monitoring of departmental expenses.
• Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, Electra, Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting

and Landscaping. Ability to carry out projects that improve efficiency and
reduce operational costs, renovations and to keep safety procedures
up-to-date.
• Strong leadership
• Strong organizational skills and strong ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Fluent in English, Spanish, Dutch & Papiamento
