 Having spent 30+ years in United Kingdom and Isle of Man regulatory approved
executive roles within
 the financial services industry (asset management, banking and fiduciary services
businesses), I have
 ‘hands-on’ direct knowledge & experience of, and responsibility for, risk and
compliance oversight,
 business management and corporate governance gained within private and public
companies, from
 my time spent in executive and non-executive roles.
 As a consultant, partner and director of a variety of businesses over the last seven
years, in addition
 to my previous employed roles, most of which have been regulated businesses in the
IoM, Ireland
 and UK, I have significant experience within the finance and digital sectors, holding
directorships of; a
 wealth management group, digital payment business, fiduciary (i.e. Trust and
Corporate) services
 company and, currently, in addition to my Ascot Group involvement, I am engaged in
a project with a
 group of Canadian First Nations who wish to develop and operate a business based on
the Isle of
 Man for whom I will act as an independent director. In summary, I bring a broad and
in-depth
 knowledge of and experience gained in the international financial services industry.
