Similar to any visit note, you can complete, incomplete, or pause a visit in the Sign Out section.
When completing your visit note, you will also be required to complete a Narrative Note, to be used
as a summary of the visit and to documents any coordination done with other members of the team.
IMPORTANT: Remember to complete and SYNC your SOC visit documentation within 24
hours.
