To change the email address that is receiving the fax receipts, right click on the Print2Fax logo in your system tray and
choose ‘Preferences:

You can modify the email address on the ‘Sender Information’ tab of the preferences:

NOTE: Do not change the credentials on this page, this will cause Print2Fax to no longer work.
