 Index the Resumption of a HCHB patient
as:

o Doc Type = MR ‐ Episodes

o EP Document Type = Discharge
Documents, Other, etc.
o If patient is active in MF,
resumption must be done in PCRS
instead.

 To stop indexing use the Cancel (in
Upload module) or Stop Indexing (in
Batch Processing module) button.

 If a drop‐down menu is empty, backspace
to clear the current selection to bring
back the full list.
