                     First, we must understand that many cardiovascular diseases are preventable. People can

                     reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease by many simple things. Simple lifestyle changes
                     can make a world of difference. Regular exercise, maintaining a healthy diet, and not
                     smoking are essential in keeping our hearts healthy. These steps can reduce the risk of
                     heart disease significantly.





                     Excerpt 5:

                     The heart is at the center of our circulatory system, delivering vital nutrients and oxygen to
                     our  cells  and  removing  waste  products.  It's  a  marvel  of  engineering.  But,  as  with  any
                     intricate system, problems can arise. Cardiovascular diseases, such as heart disease and

                     stroke, are responsible for a significant number of deaths worldwide. My name is Devan.
                     Today I would like to talk about the importance of maintaining our heart health. To start
                     with, I am going to talk about how cardiovascular diseases are preventable, then I am going

                     to talk about the importance of early detection and finally, I am going to conclude my
                     speech.
