Dialogue 1:
Security : What can I do for you, sir?
Visitor : I am looking for the head of International relations program. Would you mind
taking me to the office?
Security : Yes, please wait a minute, Sir. I will take you there. But could you please show
me your identification card first, sir.
Visitor : Ok, thank you. Here is my ID Card.
Security : Let’s go this way, sir.
Dialogue 2:
Security : Good morning, Ma’am. Welcome to UMY.
Visitor : Good morning.
Security : Can I help you with your luggage, Ma’am.
Visitor : Sure. Thank you very much.
Security : My pleasure, Ma’am.
